Breathing (Part I)

INVERTED PRAYER
Location: Rimba Kiara Park
Photographer: Anna-Rina

'I'm finding my way back to sanity again,
Though I don't really know what I'm going to do when I get there,
Take a breath and hold on tight,
Spin around one more time,
And gracefully fall back to the arms of Grace..'

'I'm finding my way back to sanity again,

>meant more like finding security again.

Though I don't really know what I'm going to do when I get there,

>lets rejoiced in the utter insecurity of that phrase.tommorrow is not going to repeat today, how refreshing.

And gracefully fall back to the arms of Grace..'

>in the acceptance of uncertanty, life comes to its ultimate best and fullest form

I'm still struggling with this pose. Can't seem to get both my palms close together like that! *sigh* Long more way to go for me...

Mobilemom-u can probably arch your chest to the front while wiggling your upper limbs into a bridge lower down.once u are comfortable slide along the spine upwards to the required STANZA!

I just tried this pose and was slightly disturbed to find that I could do it. Getting out of it is another matter!
