i love your site!.. i just started yoga last week and find it soo soo awesome, i sincerely aprreciate if you could give me some pointers such as what classes should i take? im not at celebrity fitness and attended the intro class, how long should i do intro b4 moving on? and then where do i move on to? i understand that thereare different types and stages?
